Refund policy

IMPORTANT - PLEASE READ:

Due to COVID-19 and for the safety of our staff members we are not accepting returns or exchanges on any items unless there is a manufacturing defect. All sales are final.

Canceling Orders:

All orders are processed within 15 minutes of receiving. If you have an order that needs to be cancelled, please email us at your earliest convenience. If the order has already shipped, we would need the package to be returned back to us unopened for a full refund. 

RETURN DEADLINES:

In the case a refund is approved with one of the eligible reasons, please follow the following deadlines carefully unless otherwise stated by a staff member.

Refunds: Requests for refunds must be received within 30 days of the original order date. If a refund is processed, it will be made only by the original form of payment. Once processed, refunds can take up to 5 business days to show on your bank account. Shipping fees are not refundable.

Exchanges: Must be received within 30 days of the original order date. Exchanges must be of equal or lesser value. 

(Please note that returns will not be processed without proof of delivery. We recommend asking your mail carrier for a tracking number to keep on file until your return has been processed)

DEFECTIVE / MISSING / INCORRECTLY SHIPPED:

TrumpShop.net must be notified of defective items prior to the return of such items and within 14 days of the mail delivery date. Notifications must be in the form of an email to identifying the defect and the need for a return or exchange. You will be asked to provide a clear photo of the defect. All defective items must be unworn and unwashed. TrumpShop.net does not provide warranties on products unless a warranty is extended to TrumpShop.net by the product's individual brand. Any defective, worn, or used items received by our Return Department without prior approval will not be processed. No exceptions will be made.

For incorrectly shipped items, please email identifying the incorrectly shipped item and the item you did not receive. A replacement will be shipped out in 2-3 business days using the standard shipping method.

Additional Information

When you purchase products from www.trumpshop.net you understand that some raw material might be sourced from outside of the US and that you agree with that. Unless specifically stated as Made in the USA on product description, we can't guarantee the item is 100% manufactured in the USA with 100% the USA made raw material. You also understand that you can not request a refund because of this agreement.

Refunds (if applicable)


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)


If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at contact@trumpshop.net.

Sale items (if applicable)


Only regular-priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)


We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at contact@trumpshop.net and request shipping information.

 

Shipping


To return your product, you should send an e-mail to contact@trumpshop.net and request shipping information.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
