Shipping policy

We know everyone wants fast and free shipping and we work as hard as we can to ship out orders as quickly as possible. All estimated time give at check out page is how long the packages will take to get to you once it is shipped from our warehouse. If you purchased any expedited shipping option (Priority Mail, UPS Next Day Air, Next Day Air Saver), you will also enjoy priority processing with your order. Your order will be processed the same day if ordered before 10AM PST, or the next business day if ordered after that cut off.

For all other orders, please allow at least 3 business days for order processing. Many of our apparel products are custom printed thus taking longer to process.Ā

Update 7/1/2020

We are experiencing longer than usual delays with our shipping partners at USPS, UPS and Fedex. USPS has delayed all Priority Mail shipments by at least 1 business day, and there is no guarantee if it will arrive by the specified date. This change is made by USPS and unfortunately we have no control over it. For guaranteed shipment, we recommend choosing Priority Mail Express if the option is available at checkout.

UPSĀ 

UPS has suspendedĀ its service guarantee for all of its shipments. Meaning they no longer guarantee if a shipment will arrive on time. We are noticing that 80% of UPS shipments will arrive on the day it is promised but other will be delayed by at least 1 business day. This includes even UPS Next Day Air products. Please be aware when you choose that option.
